Dementia Care

The [group] are a UK wide provider of live-in home care services for people with Dementia.
The personal approach we take to at-home Dementia care has been proven to vastly improve the quality of life of our clients, as well as offering great peace of mind for their families.
We believe the best place for elderly people with Dementia to live is in the safety and comfort of their own homes. Our live in care solution allows your loved one to stay in the home they know, while receiving professional, round the clock care. And we do this for costs which are equivalent to a care home.

Parkinson's care

We believe that people living with Parkinson’s have the right to enjoy a high quality of life with independence and dignity in their own home. We appreciate how important it is for people with Parkinson’s to retain choice and control in life, and for many the desire to remain in one’s own home and community is essential to overall wellbeing.

Our Parkinson’s home care is person-centred and focused on building a true understanding of the fluctuating and individual nature of the condition. We understand the critical requirement for correct medication regimes, and our professional carers are trained to keep pace with the changeable nature of Parkinson’s, fully appreciating the side effects of medications and the physical health risks that can arise. We adopt a holistic approach recognising that Parkinson’s can mean a person is living not only with mobility issues but often will have emotional, social and psychological needs too.

Multiple sclerosis care

We understand that Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms can be changeable, so care needs to be flexible to enable clients to maintain as much independence as possible, particularly important for those who are diagnosed in their younger years.

Through a detailed initial assessment of needs we design a person-centered live-in care service which is flexible and supports clients fluctuating needs. Clients are able to live in the comfort of their home, with live-in carers who are trained to manage the full range of MS symptoms.

Stroke care

Surviving a stroke can be life changing. It is widely recognised by the medical profession that receiving care in one's home following a stroke can have an enhanced effect on rehabilitation and quality of life.

Tailored, one-to-one home care matched to an individual’s needs offers invaluable rehabilitation support and the reassurance of having help at hand whenever it is needed.

We carefully match an expertly trained team of two professional carers who help clients with the practical tasks of everyday life, as well as providing companionship and emotional and social support. They help on a daily basis to achieve goals and regain independence during stroke recovery.

Palliative care

We understand that having a support network in place is essential for people who have been diagnosed with terminal conditions. Hospitals and care homes are not the only option; tailored one-to-one live-in care enables palliative care at home to be delivered right through to the final stages of life. We understand that this is a highly emotional time for clients and their families and our carers assist with the practical aspects of daily life, as well as provide emotional support which is so important at this time.

Cancer care

We understand that receiving a diagnosis of cancer is a major life-changing event. However, many people continue to live with cancer for years; still enjoying a good quality of life. We work with clients and their families to develop a care plan that is highly personalised and responsive to changing needs.

We provide a team of expertly trained professional carers to assist with the practical aspects of daily life, as well as with the emotional, medical and social support. Where required, we work with leading nursing companies to ensure that our holistic service is tailored to manage any complex medical procedures that may arise.

Mobility frailty

As we get older physical problems such as arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes and heart issues can all affect our mobility, and can lead to us feeling less confident in carrying out our usual day-to-day activities. However, getting older should not have to mean loss of independence, mobility or a major change in lifestyle and our home care services support any condition that is impacting your ability to live well.

Our home care is person-centred and designed to ensure our clients remain in control of the service. We adopt a holistic approach to care that can be provided as a 24-hour live-in care service, day care or short-term respite care. A comprehensive assessment will often identify areas where some extra support could really make a difference. For example, ensuring eye and dental visits are up to date, putting a management plan in place to reduce the risk of falls without compromising independence, making sure medication is administered exactly as prescribed and that regular medication reviews take place and the monitoring of weight, nutrition and hydration are all areas that we can help with.
